Our Story
Criteria Pro Lash Studio
Criteria Pro Lash Studio was created on 13.10.2019 specifically for the eyelash application services, by Lilian Foteva. She is a specialist with over 40 world-class qualifications in the field. Before creating the studio, Lilian worked independently. Over time, her schedule filled up and she had to turn down new clients. This indicated the need for a new, larger studio with a team of specialists. At the same time, she began to receive countless inquiries about trainings. This is how Criteria Academy was born. This is the place that every person with a desire to exceed the expectations of their own capabilities and desire for development chooses for training.
Lilian Foteva
I never dreamed of having my own business like most people. Things happened naturally for me. I have a great affinity for new knowledge in my profession and I dare say a strong "attention to detail". I love my job and somewhat agree with the workaholic label given to me by my clients and close acquaintances. I thank God that I was lucky enough to discover my vocation and talent and, as expected, I devoted myself to it. I take lash application as a serious and responsible procedure, that's why I do my best to teach as many artists as possible to work safely. I need to let the end customer know exactly what they should demand as a result in exchange for their personal time and money. I appeal to all who have talent to dedicate themselves to it, and those who have not yet discovered their vocation - do not give up! A large part of our lives is spent at work, if you do not like your work you will not be satisfied with your quality of life! I went through a lot of hardships, but I never gave up. I was helped by the love of work and the support of my clients, and my wonderful team. I promise to all of you that I will raise Criteria to heights that have not been reached so far in this industry for Bulgaria! Be your own criteria for success!

Teodora Yordanova
In 2020 Teodora successfully completed an eyelash extension course at Criteria pro lash studio under the guidance of Lilian Foteva. She specializes in classic hair lash technique and all volume techniques. She successfully complex modeling in all techniques! In 2020. Teodora successfully completed a course on "Lash and brow lamination and colouring," at Criteria pro lash studio under the guidance of Lilian Foteva. At only 19 years old, thanks to her talent, Teodora is a successful and sought-after artist at Criteria pro lash studio. In 2021 Teodora was promoted as a Master of all techniques in lash application. We are proud to say that the execution of the procedure is as fast as possible and the results are again flawless. In 2022 Theodora was promoted to Manager of Criteria pro lash studio and in charge of our newly opened location in Dragalevtsi. Teodora applies all her knowledge in the Dragalevtsi neighborhood in Akad. Petar Dinekov Street, 5.
Sofia Markova
In 2021, Sofia successfully completed Module 3 at "Criteria pro lash studio" and received an offer to join the team. She specializes in classic hair by hair technique and all voluminous techniques. Successfully applies complex modeling in all techniques. In 2022, Sofia was invited by Lilian Foteva to attend training on " Lash and brow lamination and colour", which she successfully completed. To date, she performs the procedures flawlessly. In 2024 Sofia was promoted to Master of all techniques in lash application. We are proud to say that the execution of the procedure is as fast as possible and again the results are flawless. Sophia applies all the knowledge in our studio on ul. "Pirotska" 91
Tsvetelina Gerganova
In 2021, Tsvetelina joined the team of "Criteria pro lash studio". She completed a classical technique course in 2017 at "Es academy" and specializes in classical technique. In 2021, Tsveti was invited by Lilian Foteva to study " Lash and brow lamination and colour", which ended successfully. To date, she performs the procedure flawlessly. In 2023 thanks to her dedication and persistence, Tsvetelina was promoted with an incentive financial reward. Tsvetelina applies all her knowledge in our studio in Pirotska street, 91.
Michaela Markova
In 2021, Michaela successfully completed Module 3 in "Criteria pro lash studio" and received an offer to join the team. She specializes in classic hair-by-hair technique, volume techniques 2D, 3D, 6D and she is yet to specialize in Mega Volume. In 2021, Michaela was promoted from "junior artist" to "artist". In 2021, Michaela was invited by Lilian Foteva to study for "Lash and brow lamination and colour", which she successfully completed. To date, it performs the procedures flawlessly. Michaela Tumbalova
Michaela Tumbalova joined the Criteria team after completing the Module 1 course at the academy. She received an offer from Lilian Foteva, which she accepted and started her internship as a Junior. Later that year Michaela was promoted to Artist in the Hair by Hair, 3D, and 6D techniques. Beginning in 2025 Michaela was promoted to performing eyelash lamination and dyeing, and eyebrows. Michaela is part of the Criteria pro lash team!
Savina Blagoeva
Savina Blagoeva joined Criteria 2024 after identifying the need for a person to coordinate the different teams and sites. Savina has many years of experience in this field, which she gained in a well-known dermatology centre. Extremely responsible and consistent, Savina fulfills orders from Criteria Store, responds to Criteria Academy queries and manages Criteria Pro Lash schedules.
Elina Firkova
Elina Firkova is part of the Criteria team and Criteria Creative Elina has been an integral part of the creative team since 2018. At the beginning of 2015 only a client of the brand, but thanks to her talent and creativity she became a valuable collaborator of the brand. Creator of the first website for the brand and a key role in establishing Criteria's visual identity. Her work can be seen on label designs, boxes, vouchers, price lists, certificates and more. She actively participates as a stylist on all professional photo shoots. She always contributes creative ideas and attention to detail that makes each project special.
